TEAM A1 DESCRIPTION :
A1 Team (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a Malaysian registered company, based in Kuala Lumpur, whose purpose is to compete in the A1 Grand Prix World Cup of Motorsports.
The team will compete at all scheduled events for the glory of the nation. The team is proud that it has recruited its own team members, rather than contract in the services of established racing teams, and has embarked upon a significant development programme for Malaysian drivers, mechanics, engineers and marketing support staff.
A1 Team Malaysia is a major platform for the promotion of Malaysian brands, products and services on a global platform via the powerful medium of international Motorsports.

The A1 Grand Prix is the first opportunity in Motorsports for nations to compete on a level playing field. A racing series in which technology and innovation are deliberately equalised, performance is determined by bravery, skills and excellence. Both the team and driver combines to their advantage and the winning nation raises their flag in celebration.
The A1 Grand Prix is more than just another Motorsports phenomenon. It's an entirely new sport - The World Cup of Motorsports - pitting driver against driver and country against country for the first time in history. This sporting event brings together 25 nations representing 80 per cent of the world's population to compete actively on a level playing field.
The A1 Grand Prix has also created a new medium for national and international brands and organisations to be able to promote themselves on a global scale. Through the World Cup of Motorsports, they can join forces with their national teams to be part of this unique sporting event.
