Wait for a PROTON authorised tow truck for assistance
You will receive the details of your assigned tow truck. Do not agree to any help given by other tow trucks. It’s important to never sign any forms or hand over your car keys to anyone.
Gather evidence of the accident
Take photos of the scene including damages, number plates of the cars involved and identification information of all drivers involved in the accident. Write down what happened so you don’t forget the details.
Once the PROTON authorised truck tows your car to the nearest police station, you must provide an official statement of the accident. Be as detailed as possible. Your insurance company will require a copy of the report.
Repair your car at a PROTON authorised service centre.
Ensure that your car is repaired at PROTON authorised service centres only.
File an insurance claim.
Submit all required documents to the PROTON authorised service centre. Our staff will assist you with the claim.
