This policy addresses PROTON Group’s open door policy and encourages all employees of PROTON, suppliers, consultants, contractors, customers and members of the public to disclose any possible wrongdoings.
Type Of Wrongdoings:
- Receive any gifts, kickbacks or gratuities from third parties in the completed or ongoing or potential business dealings
- Receive any form of commercial bribery and fraud
- Procurement fraud/suspicious dealings
- Other criminal offences
- Disclose company confidential information
- Conflict of interest with company
- Abuse of power
- Giving false or misleading information
- Represent company to undertake business contract without authorization
- Misuse company funds, facilities, information etc.
- Sell or transfer company assets in violation of regulations
- Impersonation of officials

Parties who report a complaint concerning wrongdoings must be acting in good faith and have reasonable grounds for believing the information disclosed indicates a true violation.
