PROTON Group of Companies are expecting the highest integrity and accountability from all its employees, business partners and vendors in fulfilling responsibilities and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, procedures and policies of PROTON.

This policy addresses PROTON Group’s open door policy and encourages all employees of PROTON, suppliers, consultants, contractors, customers and members of the public to disclose any possible wrongdoings.

Type Of Wrongdoings:

Parties can report a Whistleblowing complaint if they are aware of any Wrongdoings, including but not limited to the followings:
  1. Disclose company confidential information
  2. Represent company to undertake business contract without authorization
  3. Giving false or misleading information
  4. Conflict of interest with company
  5. Procurement fraud/suspicious dealings
  6. Abuse of power
  1. Misuse company funds, facilities, information etc.
  2. Sell or transfer company assets in violation of regulations
  3. Receive any gifts, kickbacks or gratuities from third parties in the completed or ongoing or potential business dealings
  4. Receive any form of commercial bribery and fraud
  5. Impersonation of officials
  6. Other criminal offences

Acting in Good Faith

Protection

Parties who report a complaint concerning wrongdoings must be acting in good faith and have reasonable grounds for believing the information disclosed indicates a violation of the same.

All disclosures made under this policy will be dealt with in a confidential manner.

The identity of all whistleblowers will be kept confidential and protected.
